WINDYCITYJOHN400
Turn the motor over and let it all drain out your freshly ventilated piston......
Dane Edg
I just soaked it up with paper towels. Il mess it more tomorrow, has this ever happened to anyone else?
n2otoofast4u
Thats strange... The crank case should always drain when you pull the plug. Id look into tearing the motor all the way down to see what blocked it.
Dane Edg
Looks like that's what il do why I'm waiting for my pistons. Thanks for your help.
Larry's Shee
There is no way to drain anything from the crank area. The trans oil is seperate. It's normal (and good) that there was some oil in the crank area. Hopefuly you leaktested or know why you melted down BEORE you toredown. hoppedupandcutdown
The oil in your right crank area is left over premix that was unburnt or spit out the pipe since you had a hole in that piston. Did you notice if was sparkly? piston dust will be hard on the crank bearings.
