dunesovertrails
So I bleed the brakes and there's no more air bubbles coming out but the lever won't firm up at all. Could someone maybe I've me some insight on what to do. Please and thanks!
special06shee
If there is no air in the lines, then you need to rebuild the master cylinder
Scrubtherubber
take the cap off the master, then compress the pistons in the caliper, then pull the lever until the pistons come back out . repeat until the lever firms up. air goes behind the pistons on atvs so you need to bleed them in reverse. dunesovertrails
No it's definitely not that the brakes worked perfectly before and we just changed the brake lines because I got +2 +1 a arms and te brake lines are from American star racing

BeeCanBanshee
Get a bleeder from harbor freight mine had the same prob. My lines are to long and I couldn't get the air out of the loops. I used the hand pump kind and bam my brakes are stiffer than a dogs Dick.
