Everybody loses (their) minds. stator side of the engine will always run leaner than the clutch side. if this is the side that is lean than just bump the jetting up on that side I did not know that about the stator side. Phelps Posted May 29, 2013 Report Share Posted May 29, 2013 it's just how it works. you have more metal and the water on the clutch side to absorb/transfer the heat. then again it is alky that really shows the difference and would be lean. i wasn't thinking about a gas bike in my original post and it would have the opposite effect on a gas bike. the left side would run richer than the right. alky+heat=lean gas+heat=rich Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
