Stock shock vs ?

I'm getting my stock rear shock rebuilt since I'm getting a new swing arm anyways, just wondering what the real advantage is over a freshly rebuilt one vs an aftermarket, which brand etc.. Might get one down the road

Agreed. Depends on who rebuilds it. Valving, spring rate play a big part in performance.

Also depends on adjustability of your factory shock.

Fyi check with swing arm manufacture for recommended shock. Some of them require a different length because of the geometry changes
