sheerider11
Good flywheel? Is it on straight? The woodruff didn't get knocked out or forgot? Pick up gap? Try to get a oem stator on there if you can

Finch
not for sure. sure yoru floats are not sticking? that can happen if they sat dry for a bit. make sure every thing is pluged in also and good ground to the frame
So Cal Suspension
Yep. Must be fine. Prob just tire pressure, stupid me. I was going to suggest that the rear spring preload needed to be adjusted, but I only know suspension stuff.

nitrocircus
i think it is not getting fuel in the engine. could this be my floats being out of wack? i know there is gas in the carbs but my plugs are dry? i have 34mm pwk's

twittle
Check that your slides are down all the way.I just had the same thing happen to me. New build with 35 pwk's from another bike I never ran, plugs looked dry also. Somebody adjusted the carb tops so the slides were still open about 1/4" all the time. Didn't even check that at first because they were supposed to be off a running bike with almost the exact same setup.

sleeper06
I'm going with pilot is way to small if there keihin pj carbs I have seen them end up at 62 pilots more than a few times, seemed odd but it has happened to me more than 6 times, plus all the mx trail set ups that run them end up at 162-168 main and big pilots
