DieselJonny
Got a pair of stockish assuming they have or had not been jetted. But I have rebuilt put a lot of money into these trying to get them to stop running out the overflows adjusted floats, cleaned and re-cleaned, new floats adjusted floats again bought rebuild kit after kit and still they dump fluid like crazy. Bashing my head into my walls trying to find what ever is doing this. Not to mention it seems to be running real rich on the left side. Smoking 24/7 even after warm up and running around for a bit. Now I know 2 strokes have their smoke but Seen banshees run around with no smoke unless hammering the throttler. Mine feels like i am a crop duster or insect fogging machine. Any advice before i load it up and Bother Cam up at Redline?
noonansar
When you rebuilt the carbs did you replace the float needles and seats?

bansheesandrider
Replace your needle and seats with genuine Mikuni or Yamaha parts and make sure that they have new O rings on the outside of the seats.
DieselJonny
replaced them with OEM parts but I am thinking the O-rings failed.
