Last heard from him last week before he changed his number and hasn't called or responded since. $420(shipping only the rest of payment was to be on delivery) total I need to recover through Paypal Buyer protection. Communication throughout the 2 1/2 weeks was spotty at best, he claimed this was due to working from 6 am to 10:30 pm, and if this is so, he shouldn't have promised to deliver the goods. He claims to make swing arms and round carriers at his shop and wanted me to recommend him to friends looking for these, but since my experience with him, I would not do business with him or recommend anyone looking for anything to even bother wasting their time.
