87sheerips Posted April 17, 2013 Report Posted April 17, 2013 Fits like a glove, very happy with final product. The rotor guard simply replaces your current roundhouse brake stay. Comes with the spacers for a quick install... Took me about 15 minutes total. $50 shipped (Buy the sprocket and rotor guard together for $150 shipped!) Also made a standard brake stay while I was at it, also comes with spacers. $25 shipped All laser cut from .250" 6061 aluminum. Paypal: jdubswmu@yahoo.com I have a few on the shelf, get em while their hot! And the standard roundhouse brake stay: Quote
Vicstuff Posted April 17, 2013 Report Posted April 17, 2013 Looks great I see round house swinger will these fit the stock swinger to? Any package deal for this and the sprocket guard? Awesome work jd! Sent from my HTC_Amaze_4G using Tapatalk 2 Quote
joewest Posted April 18, 2013 Report Posted April 18, 2013 I am interested in the sprocket guard and this. I have the stock carrier tho. Are u making one for the stock carrier?? Very tired if the dumbass skid plate Quote
87sheerips Posted April 18, 2013 Author Report Posted April 18, 2013 This works with roundhouse only. No stock carrier version of the rotor guard yet Sprocket guard should work with stock style setup although I haven't tried it. $150 shipped if you buy the rotor guard and sprocket guard together. bansman76 Posted April 19, 2013 Report Posted April 19, 2013 will you be making some for stock swingarms/carriers ? Quote
87sheerips Posted April 20, 2013 Author Report Posted April 20, 2013 I will look into it soon, yes. Quote
87sheerips Posted April 20, 2013 Author Report Posted April 20, 2013 but, I think the focus should be the opposite. If you are serious about riding, you need a roundhouse setup anyways. Quote

06BCBANSHEE Posted April 22, 2013 Report Posted April 22, 2013 would it be possible to get these powdercoated black? but leaving the outer edge that would get banged on rocks etc bare? Quote
87sheerips Posted April 22, 2013 Author Report Posted April 22, 2013 Some people don't have the $ to switch over. I can understand that, but there are some very affordable options out there bud. If you can sell your old stuff, you can find used setups on here for very reasonable prices. Great product!! "It's not a sport for cheap pockets" Thanks man, and that quote is unfortunately true. At least its cheaper than automotive would it be possible to get these powdercoated black? but leaving the outer edge that would get banged on rocks etc bare? Yes, it can be powdercoated any color, same price. I will not be able to mask the outer edge, however. Quote
