RadarRacing Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 2 pokes can be done by hand . Dont forget....You usually want to gap the rings first before install. 2strokeshees Posted April 18, 2013 Report Share Posted April 18, 2013 Take your time, if you suspect anything not going smoothly, take the head off inspect everything and try again, a buddy actually broke a ring putting a head on is yz 250 and ruined his weekend trip because he was in a hurry. 04_blu_shee Posted April 19, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2013 Tonight I installed my Hotrods crank put cases together and primary gear on tomarrow night the pistons jugs intakes getting it ready to pressure check it probablly sun I want the gasket material on the cases to fully set before pressure.
