n2otoofast4u
Better have a completion date of 2014 if stellar is your choice. One of if not the best chassis builders in the country is right here in Oregon!
bansheerider313
oh it will be done by 2014 for sure.i look the looks, and like you said, nothing but great feedback.and helping a local buisness is Y always good

I think you misunderstood. Tim is in AZ. Stellar has a ton of work, that's why n2o mentioned the 2014 completion date.

n2otoofast4u
I wasn't referring to stellar as the best. There is however a great chassis builder right here in Oregon.
SonOfSand
Would running an oversized aluminum rad bring the temps back into line?
vulvafan537240
Super cub/serval if you just want a big ass motor without power valves. I'd ask your local banshee buddies about their overheating issues with their dm's.
special06shee
whats wrong with a 535 cheetah?? dosent overheat. is a CP cylinder. is well known. has pv's so can make killer TQ AND make a shit ton of overrev... just need someone who understands PV's and dome design build you one. 535 PV cylinder, forged 10mill crank, straight cut spring loaded hinson basket, HD clutch, TZ bearing on pto side, stock modded trans OR override ( if your just going to drag) v-force reeds OR modded stocker cr250, 38mm lectrons shear BB pipes and you have one bad ass motor. dyna ignition, lightened stock flywheel or stock flywheel, that motor built right would make 75ish + ft lbs of tq and roll on at around 7500rpm would hit 100hp , should climb to around 120ish on top, rev to 11,000 rpm all damn day and stay together, and not overheat... the more proper question after that would be what frame would you use to control it? im not doubting your claims...(well maybe a little ) but you make some pretty bold statements about these 535. i have a buddy with one that works AMAZING! i rode that bike serveral times and it very impressive! but i truly need to see some proof (dyno sheets) to believe these claims you always state! another thing about the 535's... they are quite a bit more money for the topend, pvs, and just maintaining(piston cost). besides, is a big cc motor, it should run good! right? im im looking foward to this hq ride in september, i hope you and your 535 are there! i really would love to see your bike in action! i do here it's nasty! special06shee
my vote for a solid set up would be a 10cub! very cheap considering the performance you get! call redline if you want a very solid tq monster! he will set you up with everything! id stay way from the serval! specially if you plan on dragging! i ride with 3 10servals. they work very well down low and in the mid, but are very lazy up top! my 10cub ported by redline is a very solid!! never overheats, and make a super broad power curve! camatv
pistons run about 125 each? whats the cost of dm pistons? a 10 cub would work well also. there have been several as cast 535-540's? on ebay for pretty reasonable costs. you said cost was not a problem? last week there was a LSR sand shark on ebay for 10k buy it now. i believe it had a 7 mill in it. unfortunatley i am going to retire the 535 for now. the internals are so worn out its literally shaking apart right now... i need to replace so much inside after the 7 years it has been running i'm just going to split it and wait till i have the $$$ to re do the motor. new pistons new crank and fresh replate, replace a bunch of transmission bearings and clutch bearing parts... on a side note i will have the 485 back together for HQ ( i HOPE). i will be redoing the porting in it to more of a drag port and see what that 4 mill can put out.. i'm going to challenge all the big motors to a 5 hot lap race and see how many make it! bansheerider313
If I went billit, would the 12_16 cubs even be reliable..cause it looks like the same price from 10+ so if I can go bigger and be reliable,i will
