Banshee SE
Just try to grind them flush, centerpunch and get a decent drill bit. I think this will be my next step
nihilism
http://blog.eastwood.com/eastwood-chatter/10-tricks-to-remove-stripped-stuck-bolts/ Pretty much sums up most of the technique's. #6 works really well but idk if it would be possible to get a good enough ground to weld on whats left of the studs. Banshee SE
i was looking for them online and no luck. If my buddy can't remove them I think they will look great in my trash can. i'm gonna take a 20 pounds hammer and I'll destroy them. This is my major reason that I have not buy a new set of Hipers

trickedcarbine
Grind the tip flat. Hit it with a center punch. Drill down the center. Slam an easy out in to it with a BFH. Twist it out.
