Banshee SE
I have this flywheel laying around it's pretty firm but apparently somebody use a puller to get if off. Do you guys thing it is useable? I think it can be used without any problem but I want some opinion from people with experience. I bought it from a member here (now i can't remember who was) a while ago but he sent it to PR and I did not have the chance to check it quickly so I guess my bad!! Banshee SE
I wouldn't unless it was an emergency. What problem do you think this can cause? I was thinking in get it sold but I don't want to sell something for problems.
locogato11283
A jaw type puller can tweak them.
special06shee
I used a jaw puller on my old fly wheel.. (The threads were stripped) anyway i had to put it back on in a pinch. I wasn't sure if i tweaked it or not so i put it on and started the bike without the stator cover on just to see if it was still somewhat true.. By eye i did not see anything out of the norm.. And it work like it should until i received my new one.. That flywheel has been been on a buddy of mines quad for over a yr. now with no problems! But like loco said, its probably not wise to run it if not needed!
Banshee SE
Thanks guys, maybe I'll take it to a shop to check if it true/balance. It's still pretty firm and clean.
