trickedcarbine
Floats don't really stick much on the keihin carbs. But they do tend to come out of adjustment. There is that little silver tab that sits in the wire loop on the needle and seat. You can bend it to get the float height set back where it should be. gordo_dk
Can I just rebuild it??
trickedcarbine
Yeah, just not needed. If you would rather just have new parts instead of trying to fiddle with yours, order a new float from Sudco or Marshall.
gordo_dk
I'm new to these carbs hat why I ask, can you show a step by step process of how to do it?
trickedcarbine
I'm not around the quad today, so no photos of it. I think if you go to Sudco's website. They have a diagram of the floats and an image of how to measure the height properly. One other possibility, that brass tube in the float bowl. It could be bent forward to much and running fuel out but make sure To check the floats first.
