OK let's start of with I'm 6'4" weight 375+ and a stock suspencion banshee blows to narrow to cramped but I love the looks so my goal is to make the banshee wide and stable as a ds650. It will take +3+1 arms and +4 axle to get close. I'm getting the rox risers to move the bars forward and up I plan on running cr low bars with them. Along with all that I am going to run Richie's pegs may get some custom ones even lower so what do you think and forgot to add a +6 swingarm

Stick to the KFX700.

Got a brute force that looks much like that but 30" mud lights the gorillas and outlaws don't do so good in the hard trails. And the kfx700 I like very much but the power just isn't there you can get mid to low 70's but who knows how long it will run and the cost to build a 840 or 916 is more than I'll have in the complete banshee 421 serval included. Last kfx I had I got a few motors quoted and a 916 stroker was around 4500 that was in 2006 or 2007. I said uhh no thanks.

Well building a banshee to handle 375 pounds isn't going to be cheap and even with a big motor your still not going to get the kind of 4-stroke torque that your going to need.

Your better off going with a Raptor 700 with a Turbo.

A 421 Serval isn't even close to what your going to need. Mike (LSM1977) is a bigger guy and he's running a 10 mill Serval and it's just barely getting the job done. He's had to do a lot of custom dome work and timing experimenting to find a combo he likes.

Your weight is what it is. Your not a good candidate for a 2-stroke. Big 4-strokes are your friend. If you don't like the costs it's going to take to go faster........lay off the cheeseburgers. :shrugani:

I'm not after being the fastest been there gets old. just something fun to ride I rode a stock internal bolt on banshee with t5's shaved head and +4 timing for years and its plenty if motor for trail riding. All I'm after is the feel of the Ds in the woods suspension wise and room wise I will be plenty happy with the motor. Ohh and I have cut down on the burgers down about 25 lbs and about 2 pant sizes in the past month and a half just don't have scales that go past 350 lol will be down on the 325 range when bikes finished

Yeah, not to crazy. Just a bit though ; )

Don't bother with risers. Get an actual taller stem. Pretty cheap used.

I would definitely get those pegs from ritchie petty!

Also, you need suspension! Maybe even something you won't be able to find used. But you might be able to find good used stuff and have it rebuilt for you. PM Matt at SoCal.

One tip on motor set up. With your weight a lot of guys will tell you to put a lot of compression in there, but I would steer clear. That crank already has enough load on it. I have seen a guy run pump friendly compression numbers with quite a bit of excessive timing and used AV fuel to compensate and it has worked well for them. The guy was about 320lbs
