trickedcarbine
BR9ES is the way to go . Really? How so? I have ran them hoping the cooler heat range would help my high compression motors, but I'm more then happy with the stellar results of the BR8EIX plugs on my high compression short track motor
locogato11283
I run B8es in my junky DMs.
n2otoofast4u
Do they still make the EGV's? I know there are still some around but didnt they out those? Im a fan of the resistor plugs, but if you have no aftermarket electronics they say the non's will work. Ive had good success with the EIX plugs but I dont know that they are necessary. I get them at O'Reilly Auto Parts... I have a wholesale acct. with them, I get a box of 10 for $50.00.. I have been running these plugs since my Maico days, I had a PVL ign. and it required these fine-wire precious metal plugs.. I also run them in my Quadzilla. I know this from dealing with drag cars and nitrous/supercharging. I worked for Lidio at Alternative Performance, and worked for Greg at Maximum Performance Racing, doing the Mustang thing, back in the day.. Now I hate cars (because I have worked on sooooo many of them) and LOVE Banshees, they are so much less of a headache! LOL

Zillaguy
Must not been arounds banshees to much then lol br8es worked just fine for me i don't understand the reasoning for using a resistor plug on an off-road vehicle.. Isn't it to stop radio noise inerference? Also with a "resistor" doesn't it reduce spark energy? The thing i have found running B8EGV's if your jetting isn't spot on, you'll foul plugs.. But in a properly tuned motor they last twice as long as an ES plug..

We run B8ES plug, with low resistance MSD leads.
