Well had a blast. ive had some fast banshees but nothing like this lol. man it was a rush. i used my go pro but only made 6 passes. here is a video of my best pass. i know the bikes faster and there is some things we can change up, cases need port matching, lighter rear end, override tranny and pipes are shearer big bore which i need small

but im a MX guy so have to learn how to ride this baby.

any of you drag guys. check out the video and listen to see if im short shifting or over revving. i felt like i was doing a bit of both lol.

here ya go . watch it in 1080 lol

I'm more interested in your overall set-up. I understand you are an asphalt new guy. That combo is capable of mid 6s or better.

Yep the guy i bought it from was running 6.4's consistant at this track but its really different . im a MX guy so this was a change lol. but i love it.

The motor is a 7 mill cheeta small intake. 41mm carbs and on a YFZ chassis lightened. 276 pounds wet. I know one thing killing it is the Big bore pipes, and cases are not port matched. which is another 5 HP right there in the cases. but i think we will tear motor down. port em, freshen everything up and ill sell these pipes and get some SFSB shearers. a drag axle (but have to do a little research on that) and few other odd and ends.

heres the dyno sheet with the 41's on there. still have some tweeking to do. maybe change needles out but i think theres over 100 ponies hiding in there. this is a cycle dyn machine. pretty stingy but again dyno sheets dont mean nothing. just a tool for tuning.. its the track that matters. hahahaahah

I wouldn't worry to much about the BB pipes. We ran them on our 7mm race gas cub & they work great. Our bike weighs 310 & I weigh 220 dressed out. We have been faster than 6.40 with our 1/4 mile set-up.

Focus more on your riding, then the overall set-up. Then the 1st place I would look at is the clutch set-up to improve from the 6.4s.
