sheerider11
Cut it. Only way. Yup. Don't waste your energy trying to beat it out. CAREFULLY cut between swing arm and frame.
J Whitehurst
Spin the bolt with an impact and then air hammer the sucker out. Must have a big ass air hammer but it works well.
Mad_banshee_racer
I just had the same problem, been working on it all week with some pb blaster. I have it out no but I can't get the bearing race to come out. Any ideas on that?
Pastrykiller
Slide hammer with two small claws. If u don't have that, an old flat head screw driver, big Azz hammer.
Mad_banshee_racer
The ones I have are rusted to hell, it's like they have welded themselves with rust.
J Whitehurst
Knock all the needles out and die grind the housing thin and it will come out. Tap a grease zerk in the damn things while you got them out.
eldreder
I almost cut my swing arm bolt, and then I found out how much it costs
BeeCanBanshee
I used the swingarm bolt and hammer to get my needle bearings out. Didn't f up the bolt but I also had a extra so I wasn't worried.

Zillaguy
Spin it with an impact gun. I have an Ingersoll Rand 2135 Titanium 1/2" impact, it's 1000ft/lbs in reverse @100psi it will definitly break that bolt free, or spin the bearings in the swingarm lol! DO NOT heat it, it will change the temper of the steel the swingarm is made out of, weakening it.. As far as getting the bearings out go talk to your local Snap-On tools dealer, and buy Part# A78 Pilot Bearing Puller.. It works AWESOME on swingarm bearings and wheel bearings, or any other bearing that is pressed into a bore. Or if you don't care about the swinger, use an Oxygen/Acetelene cutting torch and cut swinger pivot in half and pull it out in 2 pieces. bansheedemon
i like big impacts. its either going to get it out or break the hell out of it. i use the biggest matco one i could get. 1350ft/lbs break away torque. i hate stuck bolts. lol
