locogato11283
They are a very thin tire. 2-ply I believe. I'm not sure they will withstand that kind of abuse.
TIM LUTZ
They say they are 4 ply. They are getting a lot good talk on the YFZ & KFX fourms as damn near as good as Holeshots but at $70 each.
locogato11283
I have 5 sets of them in my shop. Every set I have has been cut for hillclimbing. I cut through one of them very easily. I have never cut through any other tire and I have cut tons of tires. I just checked and they are 4-ply, but they sure do seem thinner than that. LawDog
I run them, and I think they hook up pretty good. Only have 20 hours of trail and miner hill climbing. Nothing like Loco does. But they tride nice, and they do feel soft.
Elijah'sBanshee
I have a set on my 4mil, have maybe a hr of ride time and i like them better then my razrs and holeshot hd's. They seem to hook good, good tread depth.

Little tight on the tread spaceing for hare scrambles and only come in 18" and 20" I'm going to need 22" fot the tracke in southern Ohio. TIM LUTZ
Wow, Just found the 22 x 10 x 9 from Bike Bandit for $106 for 2 tires to my door. They got to be better than my sharks.
locogato11283
They're good tires. I'd just worry about them on rocks and shit.

trickedcarbine
The fellas at CST claim that it is a thinner 4 ply set up but it is priced accordingly. They also claim that it's construction enables it to "wrinkle" over MOST objects before puncturing. I'd imagine that they aren't as durable as the razr tires or the hole shot GNCC tires. But they are cheaper and you could always stick tire balls in there. But at that cost you might as well get some nice tires.
TIM LUTZ
On a somewhat tight budget. I don't even run bead locks. I put my 4 ply mud sharksthru 3 times as much hell play riding in Jackson county West Virginia for thepast 5 years as I did in last Sundays 80 minute hare scramble. The Sharks hookup and hold a corner like poop and I think these tires would be a big improvementunless you all can talk me out of it. Keep it coming and thanks you all for the input. locogato11283
I've run Klaws cut and uncut. I wasn't big on them either way.
