Elijah'sBanshee
Took it out for a spin today and started first kick let it warm up for about 10min, has fresh fuel and haven't changed anything. Its fine in 1st & 2nd but 3/4 of the way through the next 3 gears it spits and sputters. Lacking fuel or spark im assuming. Realized i had a small burn in one of my plug wires, so i just picked up new wires and caps. Cant be having this, buddy's blaster about passed me up lol

Dunes98
I had an issue kind of like this. Ended up being loose sparkplug caps.
Elijah'sBanshee
Well i just got new wires and caps, so hopefully that will fix it. And one more then as soon as i hit a decent amount of water the bike bogs and dies. Any idea what it could?

Elijah'sBanshee
If i hit a puddle of water it bogs and dies, air box stays dry. Someone told me that it could be stator getting wet?? But the plug wires fix the missing problem
sleeper06
If stator takes water it grounds out ,no good bro

bluebanshee98
if the bike sounds like a street bike when its hitting the rev limiter then its the plug caps
Rotax Raptor
I thinks the plug caps they are referring to are the caps that screw onto the plugs themselves. Not the wires.
Elijah'sBanshee
I replaced the wires and caps, they were loose and one had a burn mark from the head pipe. I resealed the stator cover. Seems to have gotten rid of the bogging out and dying problem.
