06BCBANSHEE
So does it clamp to the stearing stem , and the other end to the frame? Also is it worth extra money for the 11 way adjustable vs the 7 ?

Also is it worth extra money for the 11 way adjustable vs the 7 ?Holy shit what? It clamps to the stem and to a bracket clamped to the frame. I think it has like 7 settings. I don't really know. I just crank it to the stiffest setting

fastforworddad
Does anyone have any experience with the Scotts model. Here is the install manual: http://www.scottsonline.com/litrack/380.pdf Scott's is the only manufacturer that offers this type of stabilizer that is model specific for the banshee if I am not mistaken. fastforworddad
Well, I have talked to Precision and GPR. Precision doesn't offer anything for our platform and GPR has done a couple banshees in the past. They use an early YFZ450 bracketry setup and massaged it to work but the tech said it was very, very tight. However with shearer's pipes he said it probably wouldn't work. Looks like Scott's is the frontrunner for a purpose built mount stabilizer with more adjustability that say a Denton or Billetanium. All in all, in my opinion, the Scott's method doesn't really look all that bad. Just my .
