Banshee Problem " Cannot Solve "

hi, ive hd this problem for so long, so might left cylinder will not run. heres what has been done to the bike to try and fix the problem. first o figured crank seals, so i put new crank seals bearing top end rings all new gaskets, the whole nine yards. Also swapped the reeds from side to side and bought new carbs. bike has fire as i swapped coild and also changed over my plug wires, ive checked the tors system as well as the pick up coil. the right cylinder run perfect but the left side hasnt this problem was occuring before i rebuilt the motor (hoping to solve it with the crank seals and bearings) so that did not help i am absolutely stumped on what is wrong the compression tester shows 125 for both cylinders and its dtrawing fuel into the cylinder with fire but nothing is happening. the main and pilot jets are both good and the slides are in the right way.Literally have no idea what else it could be but it still wont run right on that side just the od pop and crack no backfires just raw gas going through the cylinder and not being burnt up even though ive changed the plugs multiple times and swapped the coil. any suggestiongs would be great a lot of money and time wasted to try and solve this. Had it to multiple bike shops but no answers.

But if hes got fire on one cylinder then it shouldnt be the flywheel, the banshee sparks both cylinders same time, but they dont both ignite same time.. As to what that could be, i have no idea. Very unique problem..let me think on that and do some research

Just a suggestion, but did you sync te carbs right? Also could it be flooding itself out on that cylinder?

And also another thing, what plugs and wires are you running?

This guy knows what's up the rest of us are dumb dumbs.

but if the pick up coil is bad then if i switch the plug wires the problem should change to the other side and it does not, i cleaned up my "nubs" on the flywheel and the pistons are in the right way, the reeds are in the right way as well. my cdi seems to be fine as i check it with a dmm just to be sure, gas is coming out the exhaust after it keeps flooding itself, but if i put my hand over the back of the carbs it will eventually start but still only fire every 30 seconds or so never gets hot or burns the gas even though spark is occuring (at what rate i dont know) is there a way the pick up and coil could be somewhat bad and only fire once in a while but this should all be elimnatedby swapping coil wire and it does nothing, no air leaks that i can see as i replaced the boots for the reeds nd the carbs. booost bottle is not cracked at all. appreciate the suggestions as i have been trying to figure this out for a year now thanks

Several things...switching the plug wires only tests the wires and boots, and spark plugs. One coil-two wires, if the coil fires, both wires should too.  You might check the wiring coming from the stator and pickup coil and that connecter. BUT, if it's firing with your hand over the carb, then you have an air leak somewhere. Has it ever run right for you? Someone on here bought a Banshee that had two of the same carb slides. Or your choke plunger could be drawing air. It doesn't seem as if you have actually narrowed it down between electrical or air/fuel.

Hoppedup made a good point, if it'll fire by putting your hand over the carb it might not be electrical. I'd start w a leakdown to check for /eliminate leaks, than put an inline spark tester on the non firing side, how have you checked for spark? Just because that side doesn't fire dosent always mean there's no spark. You could just be getting too much fuel on that side. I just had The same issue w mine and it turned out the carbs werent quite in sync and air screws were at like 1/2 and 4 turns out
