If you prefer to wheelie in the power band, it's going to be less violent the higher gear you are in. If out the power band, the higher the gear the less engine braking you have. Cover that bake brake. Train yourself to correct it from going too far back. Practice. At least it isnt a dirtbike and you flip over backwards. Little fucker could ride them forever on the dunes then one day he lost it over backwards while doing a 5th gear wheelie. Needless to say that fuck him and the bike both up pretty good.
