Pasi S.
OK, I think this can be the most idiotic thing I´ve ever done, but what the hell... My friend asked if I could post some pic´s for a public judgement. Remember that we don´t have any Builders here in Finland. These are the ss/sc cylinders that I made to my friend. It´s mid-range porting and I left room for re-work... if needed. It will be a bolt-on bike with T5´s and pump-gas. Need to bore and before a hone I will check timings and shamfer the ports. 190/71%, 65.5mm, 128 all. Let the shit-storm begin...

Coupelx
Looks damn good. I ran pretty much the exact same numbers for a season and liked them. Then i staggered the transfers and loved them. If anything they might be a tad high for the t5s.
thomas h.
I have someone port my engines because its too time consuming to do it myself and too expensive to DIY (if i buy the PROPER tooling,,aka NOT dremels). Add to that, the fact that even if i got it close to what someone who does it full time can do, im still leaving some power/ride-ability on the table..plus Ive spent a lot ,,i mean a lot of time (to do it right) on something, for less than what i could have had. So i just came to the conclusion that its better for me time-wise and power-wise and money-wise to pay someone qualified to do what they know best,,just like people hire my business to do work for them. I guess its just easier/quicker for me to make the 250-450.00 to pay someone, than waste 25hrs of my time. Aggree plus what if you make a mistake and have to start over. #1JUANstunna
A little bit of bazooka or double bubble will take care of the little hole, Tyler.
locogato11283
A little bit of bazooka or double bubble will take care of the little hole, Tyler. I put that there on purpose. They feed the boost ports. More air = more power. Pretty simple.
camatv
thats where the meth injection port is right? pasi not bad at all... i would have widene'd the exhaust to 75% and ran the roof of the intake up flush with the top. more of an angle into the port.. also the outside trans tunnel entrance i'd open up and make more of a funnel effect up in to the trans port... THEN open the exhaust port tunnel up a lot and match to the opening of the exhaust.. t-5's will handle way more exhaust duration then that. phhhh BUT for a starter port its a decent start pasi does great work! BUT he was willing to put in the time. and had a few great teachers..

WINDYCITYJOHN400
At age 40 you should spend the 10 hours learing how to use your computer. With it you could have researched Kenny O. Then you would know why your getting the Epic Facepalm. Porting IS NOT grinding aluminum. It IS NOT copying a template. It is about understanding how the whole system works from airflow to port timings to the effects the pipe has. Nobody ever learned anything worth while from a Youtube video. On second thought......grind away Ace. Everyone pays for their education. Some go to school and other go to the school of hard knocks. Let class begin..... I have told everything to him and he knows what he will have. regist..user: They are "glass powder blowed" (don´t know how to translate it better). trickedcarbine
My boss's daughter learned how to play several instruments off YouTube! And I like to use a lot of new products in remodeling and knowing what and how to use them is YouTube knowledge. So thanks YouTube. You have made me money, and that is usefull
