I would just check for the obvious like you have been. Reeds, gaskets, plugs and wires, stator and pick up gap. A leak down test wouldn't hurt either. As for jetting. I have a 421 dyno at 96 hp by redline racing and I have 35PWK carbs. 152 main jet. Cel needle in the middle clip position. 45 pilot and 1.5 on the air screw. 19 cc domes +7 timing vf3 porting by HJR. I ride at sea level on the oregon coast. That's what works for my setup up and may help you dial yours in or fix a problem.

im thinking it may have been a airleak as i know that a lot of the motors have issues sealing up on the intake to reed or reed to carb intake area.  ALWAYS do a leakdown.....and if there is a problem.....do a leakdown and compression test BEFORE you disassemble anything.....that way you know where/if there was a problem other than just the reeds...

Wasn't an air leak. It was running fine then took a shit again. i went back thru all the steps and I was at the end of the line with this thing. Brandon at wildcard went out of his way to assist me and even he was stumped.

Problem ended up being a kink in the throttle cables. It was right where the 1 split into 2 under the tube thingy. All is good now.
