turbowrenchhead
So what exactly is a FMF SST model? Muffs for SST won't fit gold series FMF's? I don't have fatty's I have the gold series pipes. Is it true that fatty's and gold series are pretty much the same pipe?
jbooker82
Sst are different headers or expansion chambers. They are longer so the silencer tubes need to be shorter. That is why they are different. The Fatties and Gnarlys use the same silencer.

WINDYCITYJOHN400
So these should work for me http://www.ebay.com/itm/330865129797?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 That's what you want. You can get that Q style for total sound control, or go with the Turbine core which is a power core with a spark arrestor. The Q will have you quiet enough for sure. I think the Turbine core will keep your motor quiet enough...but if you want to be on the safe side, get the Q style. Fatty's ,Golds, Gnarlys all use the same silencer. Only the SST pipes use a different one.
