gomerkfx700
Ive been reading all morning and havnt found this combo. Has anyone tries this? I like the looks and sound of the 916's better then any non drag pipe. And correct me if im wrong but ive seen quoted several times that they are comparable to pcp on bottom with the topend and over rev of t5's if this is fact they are just what i want. Im hoping to build a very torque oriented motor with a goal of low to mid 70's hp i may even bump up the compression to race gas territory to get more bottom end and to make my hp goals. Still deciding on carbs may go with stock or 2-1 (non trinity) or 32mm tms any input on this would be great thanks. And the reason for wanting the power like i do is to get my fat 375lb ass moving just in case anyone was wondering
gomerkfx700
Ive had t5's on stock banshees before and never really cared for the total lack of bottom end they had liked the fmfs i had better than the t5's for the trail but stretched out they seemed better
gomerkfx700
How you think the 421 serv would do with a 2 into 1 would it be a pure dog on top
gomerkfx700
Sounds like i need a tors eliminator kit for now then I was actually thinking of having a local shop build the intake on tje 2-1 if i went that direction and run say a 42-44 lectron but id have to buy one to build it buy and i think that's just to much money
trickedcarbine
Just run a dual set up for the carbs. You seem to know exactley what your serv should make so with that in mind I'd say anything in the 28-33mm range would be great. Whatever you do, just say no to OKO's
rjdgriff
Your serval should make plenty of power... I'd run 35pwks and rocket pipes if I were you... That's what I am running and it has plenty of power everywhere
gomerkfx700
Well i got to ask what is okos..... as for the rokets i thought about them but i just like the dmcs no dalt they may make more power ans are cheaper just not what im looking for. dirtydownunder
Oko's are junk cheap carbs, don't run them.
MarineNYC
916'S are in my opinion the best trail pipe out there. I had them on a dune ported motor and they KILLED T-5's in every aspect, low-mid-top. Savage is also a believer. I would recommend them to anyone. I also swear by 916s
gomerkfx700
When i get things together we will know what they do on the dyno on a serval im goin to get a set of carbs hear in a little probably 33 pwks
Uf21
Ah the dmc 916's best pipes. My mates have t5's and t6's. Top and bottom end it smashes the t5's and it's head to head with the t6's on top end.
