Alcohol will add power and run a bit cooler. Along with that, it is easier, IMO, to tune. You can be very fat on alky and it will run well. You get your most power on the bleeding edge of lean/deto, just like on gas or any fuel. You'll burn through twice as much, so proper fuel system delivery (tank, fuel valve, carb bowls, possible fuel pump, etc.) all need to be taken into consideration. For a two stroke, I wouldn't put a bike on methanol unless it was a drag only bike, strip or dunes. You simply burn through too much of it and you need the throttle to be at least half way open for the power jets (deliver additional fuel) to work... Does that help/answer your questions? I tend to avoid those areas. Depending on what stats you look at California holds two of the top spots and is #1 for GLBT concentration. However USA today shows differently. It's all where you look I guess. However we all know California, and it's residents are fruits. As you were. Oh, would you look who it is.
