5.0bronco
im missing my headlight mounts on a shee i just bought, and im wondering if anyone had the dimensions of the stock ones so i could make new mounts or if someone would have some they cut off their frame
m671054
Why? Just buy handle bar mount style.
5.0bronco
Why? Just buy handle bar mount style. i have a pair the factory lights and the wiring is still on the bike so it would be cheaper to just get the mounts or build them
decon
i have a pair the factory lights and the wiring is still on the bike so it would be cheaper to just get the mounts or build them I would just get the handlebar clamp with the light mounts, spend a few extra bucks on a pair of trail tech's and be done with it. It's not worth going through all of that trouble just to mount the factory lights, the stock lighting sucks anyway. I have a clamp I'll sell for $45 if your interested, let me know. 5.0bronco
Ill probably justbuild some mounts that will be the easiest
m671054
Tearing your bike down, fabbing good looking mounts, welding them on,painting or re powdercoating frame, then reassembly is easier than a handlebar mount. You sir are confused.

sleeper06
It's really not that hard to fab the mounts if your handy with a welder go for it
rjdgriff
I didn't have headlight mounts on my frame when I got it, I don't have a welder but my friend took the oem mounts, welded some flat iron between them, drilled a hole inthe mid and presto working mounts
