ric-ross1
buy you a carb rebuilt kit and change the seal, neddles jets etc, even if you try to fold back and is not perfect it might rub inside the nozzle and might not open or close 100%. my 02 cents. Hell i have 2 free ones if you want them.

n2otoofast4u
I folded them fuckers way worse then that on the turbo bike when it would shove the reeds out the carb and was able to get them usable. Not perfect but usable. Take it out and get it back close to flat. Roll the tip around on the edge of a flat surface while gently tapping with a smooth face hammer or something similar.
