First fire up, got a couple problems right off the bat.

I have a 2-1 intake on it for now and I grabbed my blasters 35 pwk with 60 pilot and and put in a 180 main. I have the stock carbs but I have to do the tors elimator, rebuild and rejet them. I will try both setups and keep the one I like. I don't know if the 2-1 is the cause of concern number one. When I revved it up a to say 3000-4000 rpm after I let off the throttle the rpms still raced up to the point that I had to hit the kill switch. I don't have anything on the filter end of the carb, straight to atmosphere. Restart it and its fine as long as I dont rev it to high it will idle back down. Any ideas what is causing this?

I have a coolant leak coming from one of the head nuts on the noss head. I would think a dab of silicone will cure that.

My kick has a weak return spring. Ordered a newer model one.

If you keep the 2into1 intake, get an E series needle. EEJ or something close to that. The lean hang / rev is a fuel starvation issue or air leak. The coolant leak can be fixed with a copper washer and some acorn nuts.

Good Idea on the cooper washers. I think I have an E series needle too. Should I leave the 60 pilot alone and go bigger on the main?
