The point is to put the weight in a more centered location. Think of it this way, if you stand with your feet spread as wide as possible you are distributing your weight out so that there is less pressure at each foot. If you stand with your feet together you are applying your weight to a more concentrated area. So when you see guys narrowing their rear ends up on quads and drag cars it is so that the weight is more focused or concentrated in one area which helps with hook up. 1 Quote
