turbowrenchhead
I went to attach the clutch cover and there are two screws that are not holding. I don't want to have to replace the case. What do you guys do in this scenario? I was thinking about going to ACE and finding something a bit bigger and tapping it out to that size. sheerider11
Heli coil kit was $45 from the Auto parts storewith every tap and coil you'll ever need! You can find a quick fix kit for like 10 bucks. Comes with the tap and like 3 inserts and the insert tool.
KozyHeat
Local speed shop drilled, tapped, and inserted a cylinder stud for free. Buddy buddy it up Go to a local shop and tell them your situation that you were going to buy a kit but you just need two coiled. They might help you out on the cheap. Put that dab of loctite on too. turbowrenchhead
I already have the kit and the loctite. I will just go ahead and do it. Perhaps this weekend if I get some spare time. Spare time is the biggest challenge.
