Pastrykiller
I picked up a billet key fob on the Internet and it was delivered as described....what was left out was the fact that you have to trim the key to have it fit in the fob. I have a 2000 and a 1989. The 89 has the correct sized key that doesn't require trimming and the 2000 key had to be trimmed.
decon
I have this piece as well, it's very nice. Although I didn't have to trim it to fit, just wiggled it in the hole.

Pastrykiller
The clamp can actually go either way with zero clearance issues. I tried it both ways and have full range left and right regardless.
