Jbeck103
When I drained my oil outta my quad i noticed it being a little milky so i can only assume its the 0 ring that goes on the coolant hose that connects the water pump to the head. My question is if anyone knows where i can get an exact replacement one for it? I dont want to have to just go to the hardware store and pick anyone out and hope its right because clutch cover gaskets can add up over time $$$! Any help would be great thanks! SAVAGE420
Bring the pipe with you and match one up for 50 cents. or get it from Yamaha for probably 10 bux. Tip: With the clutch cover gasket, before you put it on, get some grease in your fingers and lightly coat both sides of the gasket then install. This will make it so the next time you take the clutch cover off it wont stick and rip. I do this with all my intake, water pump and clutch cover gasket. Same ones for 4 years on this bike with quite a few times taking junk apart.
