thekevin
I recently bought the Banshee that is in my sig and wanted to get some opinions on carbs for it. It is currently running stock carbs and I wanted to know if they were good enough or if I needed to start looking some larger ones. I mostly just blast around on dirt roads and trails. Hazzard Racing Customs
thats a nice setup you could go a little bigger carbs if you wanted for sure what kind of head and domes? if stock you might think of going aftermarket on that to
locogato11283
I'd stick with stock until you build a bigger motor. Once you go to a 4mm Cub or Serval then jump to 33 or 35PWK.
thekevin
Stock domes and head now. Would the trinity 2 into 1 be of any benefit. I don't really plan on going larger with the motor, it is fine the way it is. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

No one ever plans on going with a bigger motor, but they end up with one at some point in time. Do yourself a favor and save some money and stick with what you have now. On down the road you can upgrade everything at once.

Mark my words " Going bigger before the end of summer" Listen to the Boss. Start saving. You're going to need it.

thekevin
I started to tear my stock carbs down this evening for a good cleaning as you can see it needs and I noticed that the slides don't sit at the same spot when at idle. Is that something I need to look at while I have them apart.
Rustynail
Personnally I would change the Fuel Line set up at the T...You have it now so on a long WFO sprint it will flow through to the right carb and the left one will run lean...Make it so the lines are a little more equal in lenth and the T actually works as its supposed to. springer
i had some mikuni 34mm flat slides on my dune port 350 with t-5's. i liked that setup pretty well and those 34mm miks can usually be had for pretty cheap most of the time.
