Surfrjag
I am wondering if there would be any problems with running stock cylinders at 66.5. i know the sleeve gets pretty thin.

Nightmare
I thought I remember hearing overheating becomes an issueIt does, I couldn't keep mine cool if the temp went over 90 degrees outside. WINDYCITYJOHN400
I'm running 66.75 in mine for the last 3 years making 65 hp and I'm fine. But I won't get more than a light hone on them at this point. So I'm asking myself the classic "What next" question.

Paulie B
I ran my ported stockers at 66 for 2 years. They were still at 155 psi when I retired them and the pistons looked fine. I also had an oversize rad and aftermarket impeller though.
