crazycracker520
Well in my personal opinion PJs are "P"ieces of "J"unk! Fairly difficult to tune cuz idle circuit is part of the choke. PWK & Air Strikers These carbs very nice all around carb. Easy to tune. The difference between them is air strickers have fins on the inlet side. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the fins help with off idle response. Especially if you are running the bigger 38s, in wich case you loose a lot of bottom end with std PWKS. As for mikunis the tmxs are very nice too. These tend to be really responsive throughout the rpm range. Very snappy! Hope this helps! Like I said correct me if I'm wrong. Can always use useful information! crazycracker
trickedcarbine
Stick with a PWK from keihin. Great performer, and it is fairly easy to learn tuning on. There are also tons of guys on here who have used those carbs on infinite combos and will be more then willing to help you sort your combo out if ya ask the right way. sprinklerman
id get 39mm PWKS. have ran them on a 4mm stock cyl dune port, a 421cub and a 465cub. Worked great on all of them.
