Paulie B
I'm running a tors eliminator cable and it won't let my 32mm Mikuni carbs bottom out. There is plenty of slack at the top of the cable but it looks like the section of cable that is split in 2 is too short? What's my problem? vulvafan537240
are you adjusted to the max at the carb tops?

vulvafan537240
i use the motion pro tors delete cable with my pwk's and my slides open and close fully. had to grind on the housing of the thumb throttle to let the lever move all the way out though. Paulie B
Yeah it doesn't make since that my cable won't work. Maybe I got some odd bay ebay cable or something. Maybe round slides require more travel then flat slides? I just ordered a motion pro tors cable. I gottah get this thing in the dirt mang! Paulie B
*SOLVED* I used a mini tubing cutter and cut approx 1/8" off the ends. Full travel now! Figured I'd update this incase someone else runs into the same problem...PB

thebrittishguy
Thanks for the update. Also having a similar issue here with flatslides. This is helpful. Sent from my OMNIA7 using Board Express
Paulie B
You got it boss. Just remember to cut them both EXACTLY the same. The tubing cutter makes this easy as long as your measurements are the same. I bought the tors cable like cam said but the ball ends wouldn't work with my slides.
