BansheeBC Posted December 16, 2012 Author Report Posted December 16, 2012 Lol he just got excited. There's a few tiny issues. Ill fix all those next week once i put the long travel stuff on and bling bling parts. I also have the cd that followed the build. Quote
Paulie B Posted December 17, 2012 Report Posted December 17, 2012 I can't say those colors AREN'T sweet. That's a dream quad. Quote
BansheeBC Posted December 17, 2012 Author Report Posted December 17, 2012 Lol yeah dude. Hate that he cut the rear fenders. Looks not so good. I have a set of white lakers. Look good with that purple frame. Quote
rjdgriff Posted December 17, 2012 Report Posted December 17, 2012 I wouldn't mind having a yfshee someday, or a hybrid of some sort... How much did it set you back to pick that up? Quote
BansheeBC Posted December 17, 2012 Author Report Posted December 17, 2012 heres the photos on the CD from whoever did this. maybe you guys would know?? Pretty solid conversion and nice fabrications. but i uploaded all the photos so anyone can see em. If mods think this might be a good sticky LMK. ill start a new thread and could work to someones advantage. http://s102.photobucket.com/albums/m89/CorpseGrinder88/YFZ-Banshee%20Conversion%20reference/ Quote
Ryder25 Posted December 17, 2012 Report Posted December 17, 2012 It looks like the chain would rub right through the chain guide on the front of the swingarm (where the pivot bolt is) and ruin your guide and chain pretty quickly. Might want to double check that. Quote
BansheeBC Posted December 17, 2012 Author Report Posted December 17, 2012 It seems ok. guy i bought it from rode the piss outta this thing and everything looked good but. also once the ZPS axis gets on there it will take some of that arch out and level it more. but im thinking that lower roller will have to go. not sure yet. but the first 26 photos in the album are from others that have done the conversion. the bike i actually have is the one with the elkas and silver plastics. rest are just images on this CD that he had for references Quote
BansheeBC Posted December 18, 2012 Author Report Posted December 18, 2012 Guy i got it from actually bought the frame and pipes from the original builder.put it all together witty a stock roller he had also. But i felt like i got a good deal for what is there . Quote
