Starwriter Posted December 14, 2012 Report Share Posted December 14, 2012 The cable adjuster screws into the carb top. Slide the cable through the adjuster till the cable housing seats into the hex shaped part of the adjuster. Slide the rubber boot down the cable and over the adjuster. Attach the spring, slide, and keeper to the end of the cable. It's not rocket science when you have all the parts.
