chayote86
I have a cheriot head I tried to put the domes in that I bought from a member here. But they seem like i have to force them in. Is this right i dont want to press them in and then be screwed. Thanks Ro
Surfrjag
I took a dremel and a flapwheel and cleaned up the domes till they fit right
chayote86
Sounds like that will work
sprinklerman
chuck a old spark plug ( the metal part) into a drill or preferably a drill press, and screw the dome into that. Then just use some sandpaper to clearance it a touch.

AKheathen
sould be fine, if you clean them up good and make sure there are no burrs, that you push them in by hand. just tight enough to nill any chafing
chayote86
Ok thanks guys im going to try your sugestions! Thanks Ro
AKheathen
i use a spark-plug sctrewed in to pop them out when it's time. if they are tight enough not to wear the bore/dome, then they will not fall out without assistance.
