robert.b.west
I bought these new in the spring. I mounted them up and rode on them once at the dunes. I ended up parting out the bike for financial reasons so these are up for sale. They are in great shape. I bought them valved for 180-220 lbs on +2 arms. They are stock length (I think ~14.75") PM me for more info http://s874.beta.photobucket.com/user/robertbwest/media/IMG_20120716_214604.jpg.html

rjdgriff
Stage 2 +r does r = rear? There is no pic of rear?
So Cal Suspension
These are actually stage 3's. Dual rate with compression adjustment, threaded preload, piggyback.
robert.b.west
More pictures. When I bought them I thought they called them stage 2+r (reservoir) but I am not going to argue with Matt on this one. Working on getting back to everyone's pms now. special06shee
I was under the assumption the 3's had the rebound adjustment on the bottom of the shocks.. They look like 2's to me??
special06shee
But im not a shock expert.. I could be totally wrong!

So Cal Suspension
stage 1's used to be smooth body's, no reservoir, no adjustments stage 2's were remote reservoir, or piggyback, no adjustments stage 3's were R/R or P/B with compression OR rebound adjustment only stage 4's were R/R or P/B with both hi/lo compression and rebound adjustment "Dune Editions" replaced stage 1's temporarily when they had a marketing deal with an a-arm manufacturer. Now stage 1's are back, and "Dune Editions" are gone. Now, the stage 2+r's are R/R or P/B with rebound adjustment only, no compression adjustment. These have compression adjustment, no rebound adjustment which is why I was inclined to called them stage 3's. Technically, stage 3's don't even exist anymore since the stage 5 was released. It's a clusterfuck that one day Elka will stop dicking with. Myself, as well as other companies still go by Elka's original "grading" system, and just added stage 5's after the 4's since they don't share the same parts as the others.
