Banshee jetting & idle wont stay on

Hows it going,

 

I just rebuilt my carbs and added a foam filter. Elevation is 400 ft. I upsized the main jets to 230 and everything else the same. Completely stock bike with foam filter and no lid. I also synced my carbs with the sync tool. At idle and at 1/4 i got both carbs to give same reading; however, bike wont stay on, When syncing at 1/4 throttle i struggled to keep the bike on sync tool would almost kill it.

 

The bike bogs at low throttle and it will rev up nicely , but will then just die out.

 

Do you guys have any suggestions? I have the air screws 2.5 turns out
