209 banshee Posted November 1, 2012 Report Share Posted November 1, 2012 okay so i bought a chain slider for the front of my banshee its the slider that goes in the swingarm in other words u gotta off that long swing arm bolt to put it on and for some damn reason that bolt will not come put ive even hit it with the hammer to try to pry it out and nothing ive just about given up. it spins and everything jus wont come out has anyone ever had this problem before?? shakar Posted November 1, 2012 Report Share Posted November 1, 2012 i think about 75% of shee owners been here.what i figured was if you cant get it out with a BFH ,heat or liquid wrench .chances are it stuck/rusted in the pivot tube ,''happens alot'' next step is sawsall it betwween the frame and swinger .after your fix/replace try to put a grease zerk on the pivet tube? goodluck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
