upandgone
Calm down man, you probably havent been screwed. Its just a matter of taking plug out and checking insulator. You should search plug chop and how to do them. Also need to read some more in the pinned threads in the exhaust and jetting section. All the info you need is on this site, just takes some time to find it.

DirtDiggler69
You need to pull the plugs and see what the color is on the ceramic insulator , the color will indicate how the engine is running , it will tell you if it's rich or lean . And the only way you can tell what jets you have is pulling the bowls off the carbs and looking at the numbers stamped on them. If it's cutting out at the top end , it's probably lean and you need to increase the main jet size . Lean = Boom and then $$$$$$$$$
