banshee-bahrain Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 i have added few mods in my bike (2006 yamaha banshee), and i have lost my TOOMEY T5 silencers by hitting a big rock trying to avoid it claiming a mountain , but the headers are is a great shape. so i have thought about buying only silencers and keeping the toomey headers and got my self an (FMF POWERCORE 2 - silencers (and removed the spark arrestor), WILL IT WORK ?! AKheathen Posted October 19, 2012 Report Share Posted October 19, 2012 what exactly did you remove from them? there might be some spark arestors that somone put in them, but if you somehow pulled the cores, then you shot yourself in the foot. pretty sure you still have to cut them off the pipe, though. they will work, but might change the power feel a tad.
