bluebanshee98
Its really hard to start sometimes until its warmed up then it fires right up My setup is Toomey t5s Stock carbs 320 main 27.5 pilot Uni air filter no lid on the air box and the box its self is drilled and cut its just there to keep dirt down Cool head 20 cc domes Stock cylinders with F.a.s.t clean up port V force 4s Boost bottle +4 timing I think thats every thing And my elavation is about 900 to 1000 the plugs didnt look too bad from the pics so keep the 320 in there for now since its cold out. is your choke cross over tube connected good between the 2 carbs? also make sure when you pull the choke out that you hold it and keep it pulled all the way out with your hand and kick it over when cold starting. my choke used to go back in on my stock carbs sometimes and didnt fully choke it like it should. are your intake boots old? boost bottles are know to crack intake boots over time and cause air leaks. ditch the boost bottle, get a stock cross over tube, get new intake boots and gaskets while your down there. use a gasket sealer like yamabond semi drying liquid gasket for an example and use on both sides of the gaskets. if you have no air leaks, good compression, good spark and getting fuel it should start right up pretty easily when cold if choked correctly .
