Starwriter
Stock length is 104 pins. You need 3.2 pins for each additional inch of length. So, 4" X 3.2 = 12.8 rounded up to the nearest even number is 14. So, 118 pins for a +4 swinger. Or if you're not good at math, you can go here. http://www.metaltechproducts.com/Chain_Calculator.htm
Wildcard2
A 120Link Chain is within perfect for a plus 4 you might have to remove a couple depending on gearing.

Starwriter
6 foot Not for sure on lengths as we sell it by the foot.. I hate to disagree, but acording to my calculations, that's 3 pins too short. 520 chain is 5/8" pitch. (.625") 6'=72" 72" divided by .625" = 115 pins
FASTOYS
No biggie, There is roughly 20 links per foot. 20 links x 6 ft = 120 links Plus we usually throw an extra link or 2 in there for good measure. So If we sold 6 foot ( which is roughly 120 links) according to your calculations he would have 5 links EXTRA, NOT 3 pins too short. PLUS whatever extra we throw in . We have literally sold Hundreds of chains and none were too short. We'll keep doing what works for us.
