nothing
HerrJuggs 4Mil / Hardcore MX port / Coolhead, etc. I am about to buy carbs but have been hearing a lot about not buying 35PWKs and instead going with the 28PWKs. I do mostly trail / woods riding, occasional dune / mx track riding. I dont want to lose any mid/lowend but i also dont want the carbs to be the bottleneck. He must have dipped the cylinders to clean them up before porting and all the paint has come off. I am going to paint them again. What type of paint do you guys use that can withstand the heat? I am sure just normal high heat paint.
Colby
if your not going ot be racing it all the time, get the 28's.. if you cant get the cylinders powder coated.. get some high temp engine paint from autozone, o'reillys , etc.

nothing
Call Kevin if he did your port work , he'll point you in the right direction on the carbs. i did he said he would go with the 35s but i have been reading a lot of posts on here lately about guys wanting to get rid of their 35s for 28s due to lost of low end or mid range. i want to go with 35s simply for the fact that they are nearly the same price. my last bike with was built with a paul turner nation midrange kit and i used 34PJs on it and didnt really notice a loss. nothing
PC the jugs, don't be a bitch about it. on a liquid cooled motor, you are not worry about the radiant cooling of the jugs. just make sure your jetting is good and you should be good. lol cool will do

Wildcardracing
If you PC them, just make sure to use a longer cure time/lower heat. The castings are heat treated around 400 degrees and pc at high temps can soften the aluminum making threads weak.
