Ok here goes. I built this banshee a couple of years ago, and have never been able to nail the jetting. Mods are 4mill, bored .02 over, dune play port by FAST, + 4 timing, VItos hemi head two @150 psi a hole, boyeson rad valve reed cage, 32mm Mikuni tm flastslides, KNN pods, and toomey t5's. Current jetting is 300 main, stock pilot needle at lowest clip and airscrew 2.0 turns out.

 

The machine is breaking up in the mid...but will wind out given enough time.

If by breaking up you mean hesitating, then you are too rich in the middle and need to drop your needle down(raise the clip) if it is bogging and slowly revvs you neeed to get a bigger main like 320 because you are lean. Then adjust needle clip position. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the input guys. I dont have much planned for this weekend so I think Ill get out there and tinker with her some more. Elevation is 500 ASL. I think what I will try is a 320 main and start with the needle in the middle to see what that does.
